THE OPPORTUNITY

Innovation Nations are building the next layer of critical technology.

Transformation

Hard physical limits are being reached

Humanity is running into hard physical limits of compute, materials, bandwidth, and energy. Traditional tech moats are being disrupted like never before. We are entering a new cycle where breakthroughs in quantum, AI, space access, and advanced materials are becoming the new critical infrastructure of the global economy.

Opportunity

A once-in-a-generation investment window

Innovation Nations are urgently building capability in next-generation chips, quantum technologies, advanced materials, and space infrastructure. These are not distant science projects, they are today’s strategic imperatives. The foundations upon which the next tech giants will be built are being laid right now.

TRLs, not a raise stage

We invest in portfolio companies that have already bridged the development gap, specifically at TRL 7 and above with near-term commercialisation inflection points.

“For deep tech venture capital, the Goldilocks stage is investing 1–2 rounds ahead of Private Equity or listed capital.”

Our investment thesis

We target companies at TRL 7–9, the “Goldilocks zone” where technology is proven but capital markets haven’t yet priced in the full opportunity. This is where we enter at attractive valuations, ahead of Private Equity and listed capital flows.

We accelerate their path to market by leveraging our deep capital markets expertise and entering cap tables at exactly the right moment. We have been building this portfolio for 5 years, proof is in the founding portfolio cap tables.

Our sector focus.

Quantum computer

Global leader in trapped-ion quantum computing

Breakthroughs in quantum compute are redefining what is computationally possible. Our cornerstone position is in Quantinuum, the global leader in trapped-ion quantum computing, delivering real commercial value to enterprise customers today. Valued at ~$10 billion and filed for a NASDAQ listing; we invested at an attractive pre-IPO price.

Space infrastructure

Global leader in trapped-ion quantum computing

SpaceX has dramatically reduced launch costs. The importance of space for communications and defence has become undeniable, unlocking massive demand. Geopolitics is driving every Innovation Nation to secure repeatable launch capability. Our position is in Australia's only licensed launch facility which is positioned to capture surging global demand as space becomes critical infrastructure. We anticipate infrastructure investors will enter the space launch asset class.
