In May 2025, PVL acted as corporate advisor, bookrunner, and cornerstone investor for Nordic Resources (ASX: NNL). Initially seeking $2m, the placement was more than 2x oversubscribed, with the client accepting $3.5m. PVL introduced leading professional investors to the register, reshaped shareholder composition, and provided ongoing strategic advice. Shares rose approximately 55% from the $0.06 issue price.
